Rufino 1949 elabora la mermelada de Mango en los meses de agosto a octubre cuando va alcanzando su madurez en árbol. Este mango procede de nuestra costa tropical. Como todas nuestras mermeladas están hechas con un bajo contenido de azúcar, destacando su sabor natural a Mango. Es ideal para tomarla con tartas, pasteles helados y sorbetes, ensaladas, para la elaboración de salsas y como acompañamiento de carnes y pescados.
